Price List ..

Here are some quick notes about our charges:

• We operate on a "No Fix - No Fee" basis, if we can't fix the problem we won't charge you a penny
• Standard labour rate (for on-site visits) is £20 for first hour 1 (minimum 1 hour charge once work has commenced) and £12 for every additional hour (rounded up to half hour when job is completed).
• In Workshop Rate is £10 per hour.
• We will always make sure we give you a quote on a job, and aim to never exceed the quote that we give.
• Computer tuition is charged at £10 per hour (no first hour fee)
• Pc's collected for repair are collected and returned Free Of Charge (within our service area)
• On the price list are some jobs that are given a fixed price this price is inclusive of all other costs and is our "in workshop" price
• "in workshop" usually works out cheaper as often the case with computers it takes time to reboot, load software, etc so "in workshop" this can be done while other jobs are done so the cost to you will be less.
